Neighbourly Care will...
...provide a safe environment in which to work and support residents of Ealing that comply with key Covid-19 guidelines:
Regular hand washing (Hands)
Wear a face covering if you can (Face)
Observe social distancing (Space)
...provide clear guidance on social distancing and hygiene in our premises on arrival to ensure staff, volunteers and members of the public follow the latest advice, as well as taking steps to minimise contact between people.
...provide one-to-one support either via the telephone, via the internet or if appropriate face-to-face within a socially distanced, controlled setting.
...provide group support, if appropriate, online via the internet or in groups of no more than six individuals, within a socially distanced, controlled setting.
...provide the necessary training and information to all our staff and volunteers to maintain the government guidelines as is our legal duty of care
...ensure that if our staff or volunteers reasonably suspect an individual shows signs of infection, we may refuse entry or service on safety grounds. We encourage staff, volunteers or members of the public when interacting together, to wear face coverings and to not do so is an individual's own choice and at their own risk.
