TELEPHONE SUPPORT

Community Connections

Regular telephone support for our members currently in self-isolation. A friendly voicene to talk to and share your concerns. We care about your wellbeing and know that staying connected is important for our mental health
As Ealing Council’s chosen tender for the Community Connections grant 2019-23, operating across Ealing, Acton, Northolt, Greenford and Perivale, Neighbourly Care is on the front foot in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have adapted our services in the following ways:
-
Ongoing telephone support (social, emotion, advice and benefits)
-
Small community centre-based group activities in Perivale Community Centre and Bayham Road
-
One to one and group support for our new Digital Inclusion project (from October 2020)
-
Exercise and wellbeing whilst in isolation
-
Part of the Ealing Together Covid-19 response network
-
Accepting referrals for all residents in need of our support
