We run a year round programme of sustainable community-based activities for local people of all ages with the purpose of:
Strengthening communities by building local networks linking communities to each other, and to relevant community, voluntary and statutory provision.
Delivering key health and self-care messages and activities to increase health and wellbeing
Reducing isolation by engaging residents in their local communities
Increasing activity and independence by raising awareness of existing resources and services and developing new initiatives together, including securing external funding to establish and sustain new projects

WHERE CAN I GO?
Our programmes are delivered throughout Ealing within accessible community venues. Once projects resume we will include a full timetable of activity.
Our services include social and socialising activities, fitness classes, health promotion, health walks, well-being projects, support for carers and digital inclusion programme - delivered from local neighbourhood centres across the borough. However, at this time, we are primarily operating from our main site in Bayham Road to help co-ordinate and support the local Covid-19 response and re-emergence, we are slowly expanding our community-based delivery.
We welcome your support
As a charity, we accept donations to help continue the valuable work we undertake to benefit our under represented communities
