Our supported exercise classes are delivered by fully qualified and experienced professionals.
Our classes include a community falls prevention programme that improves your strength and balance, yoga for strength and relaxation, online general exercise you can complete from home and health walks for relaxation and wellbeing.
If you are interested in any exercise, please complete our pre-exercise questionnaire, if you are new or returning to exercise you should consult your doctor prior to starting and they can refer you.
Our supported exercise is suitable for all mobility levels and interests and are compliant with current social distancing guidelines.
